Defining the process

Step 1: Application

The first step consists of sending your CV and letting us know the position you would like to apply for. 

Step 2: Interview with MTA Network

We will schedule a Skype interview to discuss the details of your application, to explain the process, our services and to answer any questions you may have.

After you understand how it works and are satisfied with the service we want to provide to you, we choose the suitable job descriptions for you and let you confirm which one(s) you liked most. After that, we will send your CV to the company and see if they are interested in your CV and would like to have an interview.

Step 3: Interview with company

As soon as we receive the company’s confirmation we will set up an interview between you and the company. In this interview you will present yourself to your future employer. After the interview you will get back to us with your feedback regarding the company you had interview with; Companies will do the same. Once you and the company make a final decision we move to the next step.

Step 4: Package selection

Before you come to China we need to do all the necessary arrangements to prepare your visa documentation, your arrival and your stay. That's why we need you to choose the package which suits you the most so that we can start the preparations.

Step 5: Payment

At this time most of the things are settled. It's time for you to make the payment so we can take care of your accommodation and your visa documents. The payment method would be through bank transfer.

You are almost on your way to China, everything should be in place before you get here.

Step 6: Visa processing

Soon after your payment is made, we will issue the invitation letter you will need for your visa application. You will apply at the Chinese Embassy in your country, together with all the other necessary documents required by the embassy.

Normally it takes about 3-5 working days to process. After you get your visa it’s just a matter of time before you come to China.

Step 7: Pre-departure orientation

Now you need to know a little bit more about China. We will help with everything starting from airport pickup to a sample living budget and things you need to bring from home. And of course we are here to answer any questions you may have.

Step 8: Arrival to China

You are here!!! Finally, the moment you were waiting for. You are excited and full of expectations.

First thing we have to do after picking you up is taking you to the police station for registration. As a foreigner you need to register within 24 hours upon your arrival. But no worries, it's just a simple procedure and we will be there to help you.

After registration we will take you to your accommodation and give you your basic kit (bus card, discount cards, bed sheet, City map, Dictionary, etc.). After you settle down we will help you with foreign exchange and your bank card, sim card and other secondary things.

Monday you will start work!!!
